Join Emma for a 60-minute yoga practice - held in our cosy garden studio (Raydon) just for you (max 4 yogis).

Choose from:

Zen flow - a slow paced calming restorative yoga practice. This class is perfect for those wanting to relax, release tension, reduce stress, and improve sleep.

Includes a wonderful mix of comforting stretches and soothing breath work to help you unwind and find a little stillness. Each pose is held for a few juicy breaths to allow body and mind to reset and rejuvenate.

Slow flow - the perfect mix of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga to really challenge your body and your mind (slow doesn't mean easy!). As you hold each pose for a few deep juicy breaths you will enjoy the benefits of a more focussed practice with deeper stretches to build strength and flexibility, as well as developing a relaxed mindset.

Gentle flow - a low-impact, mindful yoga session specifically structured to promote healing and overall well-being. This class emphasises slow, intentional, and gentle movements, making it suitable for individuals of all ages. It is an ideal choice for those recovering from sports injuries, surgery, or extended periods of inactivity.
