Join Emma for a 60 mins gentle, slow paced calming yoga practice. This class is perfect for those wanting to relax, release tension, reduce stress, and improve sleep.
Includes a wonderful mix of comforting stretches and soothing breath work to help you unwind and find a little stillness. Each pose is held for a few juicy breaths to allow body and mind to reset and rejuvenate.
This class is held in our cosy garden studio. and with a maximum of 4 yogis so it’s a great opportunity to practice in a small friendly environment.
Modifications of poses will always be offered, and different breath techniques introduced.
