Discover the power of soothing mindful movement: Pawanmuktasana (the joint freeing series)

Join us for a unique and nourishing class focused on the ancient Pawanmuktasana series, also known as the joint freeing series. This subtle yet powerful sequence uses slow, repetitive movements to systematically warm up and lubricate your major joints, releasing energy blockages, muscle tension and promoting overall well-being.

Find Your Lotus - afternoon retreat

Be like the lotus flower...trust in the light, grow through the dirt and believe in new beginnings.

Join this afternoon retreat, led by Emma, featuring mindfulness, yoga and breathwork designed to reset your nervous system, help you find your inner calm, and restore a little balance to leave you feeling focussed and energised.


These retreat is held at the beautiful KEEP WELL Studios in Barham (IP6 0PU). A wonderfully calming tranquil space to unwind in. Plenty of free parking available.

If you are looking to:

  • Find wonderful moments of stillness: to breath, to pause, to slow down, to be present, to listen, to feel and to simply be

  • Learn pranayama (breathwork): to help reduce stress and anxiety, boost energy and lung function, regulate the nervous system and initiate the relaxation response

  • Practice a mix of energising and calming yoga asana: to connect body, mind and breath as you move through a flow practice (the perfect mix of vinyasa and hatha yoga) focussed on moving the body to regulate your nervous system and to create space in your body and your mind; followed by some soothing restorative yoga poses to relax, release tension, reduce stress and improve sleep

  • Relax with a guided extended savasana: and a wonderful yoga nidra to support deep relaxation, regulate your nervous system and reduce stress and anxiety
