In todays fast-paced world, it's easy to feel constantly "on" which can lead to mental and physical exhaustion. This practice is the perfect mix of breathwork, supported restorative poses and yoga nidra - a powerful reset for your body and your mind.

This class is held in our cosy garden studio (max 4 yogis). With cosy lighting and tranquil music to help you find sanctuary to relax, you can flow into the weekend feeling balanced and refreshed.

If you are new to yoga and are wondering what it is all really about, why not book our four-week course to learn the fundamentals of yoga.

Each class is 75 minutes so plenty of time to learn different breath techniques, foundational poses, as well as gaining an understanding of what yoga really is (and isn’t!).

Our beginners course classes have a maximum of four yogis (yoga students) per session so you will have the opportunity to really learn proper alignment and form and to build a great foundation from which to grow your practice. A small class means you can easily ask questions and build your yogic confidence in a safe and friendly environment.

It doesn’t matter if you have never seen a yoga mat, can’t touch your toes or are generally not co-ordinated. Book one of our courses and get ready to fall in love with yoga!

Price per course - £65 for all four sessions
