Join Emma for a 60-minute yoga practice to really challenge your body and your mind! Slow flow is the perfect combination of Vinyasa flow and Hatha yoga.
As you hold each pose for a few deep juicy breaths you will enjoy the benefits of a more focussed practice with deeper stretches to build strength and flexibility, as well as developing a relaxed mindset.
Whether you are looking to deepen your practice and understanding of yoga or you are a beginner and wondering what yoga is all about… slow flow is a great way to build physical and mental stamina and create the right foundation for your yoga journey!
Modifications of poses will always be offered, and different breath techniques introduced.
