Join Emma for a 60-minute early morning mobility practice to release energy in the body and the mind!
This practice is the perfect way to start your day, helping you move with more ease, reduce stiffness and tension, and effectively manage physical and mental stress. Our yoga poses and movements will help to circulate synovial fluid, strengthen muscles and tissues, helping to improve your posture and increase energy levels!

This class is held in our cosy garden studio, and with a maximum of 4 yogis it’s a great opportunity to practice in a small friendly environment.
