Join Emma for a special 75-min practice as you "Get Your Hips Together," a deeply nourishing and restorative practice as we stretch, open and stabilise the muscles that cross the hip, release tension and melt stresses away. We will take a mix of gentle movements, restorative poses and soothing breathwork.

This class is held in our cosy garden studio. and with a maximum of 4 yogis so it’s a great opportunity to practice in a small friendly environment.
