This class emphasises slow, intentional, and gentle movements, making it suitable for individuals of all ages. It is an ideal choice for those recovering from sports injuries, surgery, or extended periods of inactivity.
Includes a wonderful mix of poses designed to improve strength, mobility, balance and coordination, as well as nourishing physical and mental health.
Various breathing techniques will be introduced, and modifications for poses will always be provided.
