60 Minute Private Trio Session

Whether you are new to yoga, looking to take your practice further or simply prefer to practice with a couple of friends/relatives, trio sessions are a great way to help you grow and integrate your practice into daily life.

Trio sessions are for three people and are currently available at our garden studio (IP7) or please contact [email protected] to discuss trio sessions at your home/alternative location.
